How BuildBatch is paid
Today, it is not. There are no adverts, no affiliate links and no paid places on this site. This page says what will change and what never will, before any of it happens.
Now
BuildBatch is a prototype. Nobody pays for it and nothing on it earns money. The quantities you get are arithmetic on your measurements and the figures you enter.
What may be added
- Links to buy, labelled "Ad". A link to a retailer appears only for a reviewed, published, current offer. If BuildBatch could earn a commission from it, the link says Ad first, before you tap it.
What never changes
- No link changes a quantity. The tins, packs and rolls are the same whether a link earns or not.
- Nothing is called the cheapest: BuildBatch does not compare live prices.
- No product is described with facts it has not been checked against, and every reviewed fact carries its source and date.
- A comparison page takes no money from makers. It is worked out from their published figures, and commission never decides which products it shows or in what order. The rules are on how we compare products.
If any of this changes, this page changes first. Tell us if you think the site is not keeping to it.
